PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & EARLY CAREERS
Growth 360 is our flagship mentoring programme for 13-16 year olds, designed to nurture the whole person.
It focuses on personal growth, helping participants build self-awareness as the foundation for both personal development and career success.
Through a series of interactive workshops and group mentoring sessions, students are guided to explore their identity, build their confidence, and have a positive mindset for their future.
Students will engage in sessions such as:

Insights into the world of work
Aiming high & future goals
Every session features an inspiring guest speaker who shares their lived experience - bringing relatable and genuine insight on topics such as confidence, mental health, career journeys, and wellbeing.
Our mission is to help young people build the confidence, skills, and ambition they need to take their first steps into the world of work.
At the end of the programme, students are invited to a LEX social event (optional) - a fun, in-person celebration where they can connect face-to-face, and reflect on their Growth 360 journey.

FAITH INSPIRED MENTORING
Building on our flagship ‘Growth360’ mentoring model, Hikmah 360 is a tailored programme designed to meet the unique needs of young Muslims.
Hikmah 360 meaningfully integrates faith-based principles into every mentoring session.
It was developed to fill a gap in existing mentoring frameworks, where the integration of faith is essential for holistic development in the modern world.
The word Hikmah is Arabic for “wisdom.”
The “360” represents an all-round approach to personal growth - encompassing identity, wellbeing, faith, and life skills - ensuring that mentees flourish in every aspect of their lives.
